I have sooo many scraps it's unreal, so I made me a vintage style fabric Strawberry pin cushion, and then I made another, and another and another, in fact I couldn't stop, 23 later I stopped. What am I going to do with all these beauties? Who knows, but it sure was a fun Summer project.
Experimenting with tops, Jumbo rick rack was my favourite once I'd played around and got the hang of it.
Am I the only one that gets obsessive with my crafting, getting stuck on repeat, repeat, repeat rep...
What can't you stop making?

What??? No strawberries out of medal ribbon??
J/K - these are absolutely adorable. They remind me of granny.
Adorable!! The use of the green ric rac is genius.
These are super cute!
I get really addicted to knitting. There's something very satisfying about the repetition. This past winter and spring I just couldn't stop knitting socks. I think I made about 5 or 6 pairs out of leftover yarn.
Were these inspired by Mollie Makes? :)
Lime - Believe me if I could have worked medal ribbons into these bad boys I would have done ;)
KJ - Thank you they were so much fun to make.
Jessi - I'm in awe of knitters it's a whole frontier of crafting that excites but terrifies me, it's on the list to have a bash at (beyond misshapen scarves that is!)
Becky - Dang it girl you caught me out ;)yep they sure were, I thought the 'tutorial' on how to make them was really lacking though, beyond the how to make the base of the strawberry you pretty much had to Forrest Gump the rest yourself. I played around until I worked out the best way with the Ric Rac.
I keep cranking out little cloth jewelry bags. I love your blog!
Oooh cloth jewelry bags, that would be a great idea for some of my vintage fabric scraps. Thank you my loverly Anon reader that's so sweet of youxoxo
