An Englishwomans home is her Castle

Since Mr Ruby, baby Noah and yours truly finally get our keys on our home today, I couldn't let the day pass without some special occasion cheekiness.

For those of you that don't know me, I'm a woman of modest tastes, I don't ask for much, just a comfy seat to rest my weary bones.

I apologise profusely for this picture, my hubby picked it, he is so 'new money' it hurts! when he saw this photo he actually asked if we could have one. Fear for me people!

Here, or here is where I would rest MY weary bones!

A comfy bed to sleep

 Some beautiful furnishings

A sweet smelling Garden

A little something for baby Noahs room, he already has the obligatory bull dog soft toy that he has lovingly named Wiggles!

A sweet ride parked outside

I (almost) resisted the urge to use this picture Well all 'ladies' need a driver right?!

My dream ride, an E-Type Jaguar.  My Dad is to blame for this one, he was a flash git in the 70's and drove a red one of these, as kids we ate Pot Noodles for tea and foraged through bins for toys, but Man when my Dad pulled up at those traffic lights, boy did he look cool!

And of course a nice hot Cuppa tea, or Cupboardy as baby Noah calls it!

Could you imagine if I incorporated all of these ideas in my new house? too funny I would end up like one of those crazy people that opens there house to the public as a Museum/Urban shrine to all things Kitschy and British... hmm note to self: future money spinning idea!!

N.B. I'm totally taking the mick but if someone sent one of these to Chateau De Murray I would be so chuffed ha ha, especially the Jag!
