So here it is, no. 23 a big baggy mens Argyle sweater with super long sleeves and otherwise extremely unflattering, but it was a $1 so something was right about it.
I chopped off the sleeves, adjusted the side seams and cut the sweater under the bust, then turned the original hem and bottom part of the sweater upside down and reattached it. The sleeves I added elastic to the bottom to gather the edge a little bit as they wasn't enough for a gathered sleeve cap sadly. I couldn't help myself and added another bow from the lefover side seam scraps.
The length wasn't long enough for a dress, I definitely couldn't wear this without showing my undercrackers! so I'm on the hunt for something in a matching/complimentary colour to add some length to take it into a non scandalous dress though so I may end up doing an update somewhere along the line.
P.s still waiting to hear back about the challenge...

I wish I had time to do a swap, unfortunately I have two big projects I've committed to do for friends, thus my free time outlook is not good for the next month and a half!
